How to set up CakePHP project on windows server
Follow the below steps to successfully get your CakePHP project running along side your WordPress website:
- Edit below lines in .htaccess file in the root(Home) directory.

2. Create the web.config file in CakePHP Project folder and put the below code in it.

3) In .htaccess file of cakePHP project remove the line RewriteRule ^(\.well-known/.*)$ $1 [L]

Your cakePHP is set up now.
If you are using Mysql8 its not supported to it.
